Report by Mr Sheraz Kasi – Secretery Talim-ul-Quran and Waqf-e-Arzi

Hartlepool Jamaat from the request of Secretary Talim-ul-Quran and Waqf-e-Arrzi invited Hafiz Fazl-e-Rabbi Saib to hold a Quran class in Hartlepool at Nasir Mosque. The Talim-ul-Quran class started at 11:00 am on 24th December at Nasir Mosque Hartlepool which was attended by 70 members of Jamaat including Atfal, Nasirat, Khuddam, Ansar and Lajna. The class was also attended by Newcastle Jamaat. Haffiz shb started the level 1 course of Tartil-ul-Quran and members of both Jamaat, Hartlepool and Newcastle has thoroughly enjoyed the sessions.
We have first tea break of 15 minute at 12:45, class resume at 13:00. The format of the workshop was well defined, very comprehensive and interactive. All members of Jamaat have been interacting with the instructor throughout the session.
At 14:00 we had another break for Namaz Zuhar and Asar, followed by lunch. The class resumed at 15:00 after the short break of Maghrib Namaz, the class finish at 17:30 in the evening.
On 25th December, the class resumed at 11:00 am for two hours. Hartlepool Jamaat has started our General meeting in which have requested Haffiz Fazl-e-Rabbi to address the Jamaat. Haffiz sb address was very inspiring and enjoyed by the members of Jamaat. The meeting concluded with the address of Haffiz sb in which again members of Hartlepool and Newcastle participated. Food was served after Zuhar and Asar prayers.
During the stay of Talim-ul-Quran team, we visited several house both in Hartlepool Stockton and met various members of Jamaat.
On behalf of Hartlepool Jamat, I would like to thank Haffiz shb and his team for his effort and hope to have him in the near future for further session in Hartlepool.
